Expunging Your Record ($375.00)
Includes locating your record, if necessary. Identifying which government entities the petitions and court orders must be sent to. Preparing petitions, orders, notices, and any corroborating documents. Making court appearances and arguing your case before the judge and filing motions to reconsider, if necessary. The attorney’s fee for expunging your record is $375.00. In addition to the attorney’s fee, each petitioner is responsible for paying the county filing fee and state police fee. (Illinois State Police fee is $60.00 and County Filing fee is also often $60.00 but may vary by the county, see our FAQ section to find your county.)
Expunge My Record
Sealing Your Record ($375.00)
Includes locating your record, if necessary. Identifying which government entities the petitions and court orders must be sent to. Preparing petitions, orders, notices, and any corroborating documents. Making court appearances and arguing the case before the judge and filing motions to reconsider, if necessary. The attorney fee for sealing your record is $375.00. In addition to the attorneys fees, each petitioner is responsible for paying the county filing fee and state police fee. (Illinois State Police fee is $60.00 and County Filing fee is also often $60.00 but may vary by the county, see our FAQ section to find your county.)
Seal My Record
Certificate of Eligibility for Expungement ($500.00)
If your record is a class 3 or a class 4 felony which is not eligible for expungement, but you have served in the United States Armed Forces or the National Guard of Illinois or another state and received an honorable discharge, you may apply to the Prisoner Review Board for a Certificate of Eligibility for Expungement. If the Certificate is granted, your record may then be petitioned for expungement. The attorney’s fee for applying for the Certificate is $500.00, which includes the service of expunging or sealing your record if the Certificate of Eligibility is granted. (The client will not incur additional attorney’s fees, but the Illinois State Police fee of $60.00 and County filing fee for the Petition to Expunge or Seal is still client’s responsibility.)

Certificate of Eligibility for Sealing ($500.00)
If your record is a class 3 or a class 4 felony which is not one of the enumerated exceptions provided by the statute which is eligible for sealing, you may still be able to petition to the Prisoner Review Board for a Certificate of Eligibility for Sealing. The attorney’s fees for representation in the Petition for the Certificate is $500.00, which includes the petition for sealing, if the Certificate is granted. (The client will not incur additional attorney’s fees, but the Illinois State Police fee of $60.00 and County filing fee for the Petition to Seal is still client’s responsibility.)

Clemency/Pardon Petition ($1,500.00)
Includes drafting petitions, notices, and corroborating documents. The service also includes preparation and presentation of client’s petition and argument before the board. The attorney’s fee for clemency petition is $1,500.00. In addition to attorney’s fees, each petitioner is responsible for paying all filing fees.
